Job summary

Teach South Sussex currently recruits enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Worthing and surrounding areas. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to full-time or part-time long-term positions to suit your availability and experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in and out of the classroom, across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including 1:1 support and small group interventions.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working in a school or with children.
• Be patient, reliable and passionate about supporting children\'s learning and development.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Are adaptable and confident working in different school environments.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in and out of the classroom across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide classroom support, small group interventions and 1:1 support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming learning environment across primary schools.
