Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting passionate Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. You can choose day-to-day supply or longer-term assignments to suit your availability and career goals.

We work with local primary schools to provide reliable teaching staff who can make a real difference to children's learning and development, with supportive recruitment consultants guiding you through placements.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to different environments.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Adapt to different school settings and varying abilities.
• Maintain good classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
• Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning.
