Job summary

Randstad Education in the Cambridgeshire area near Chatteris is seeking qualified Primary Teachers for day-to-day supply and long-term placements. We welcome both QTS holders and ECTs, with strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum and solid classroom management. You will join a local consultant familiar with the Cambridgeshire education market, with safeguarding at the core of our process.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Effective classroom management with a nurturing, positive approach to learning.
• Adaptable mindset to fit quickly into different school communities.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups as needed.
• Work across day-to-day supply and long-term placements.
• Integrate smoothly into different school communities and teams.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote pupil welfare.
