Randstad Education is seeking Flexible Primary Teachers (QTS Required) for both full-time and part-time placements with partner schools across the UK, including Cornwall. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and support safeguarding in varied classroom contexts.

Qualifications

• QTS mandatory
• Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively
• Strong communication skills and passion for primary education
• Driving licence preferred but not required
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering creative lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
• Providing constructive marking to support student progress.
• Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assessing student development and reporting on achievements.
• Adapting teaching to meet diverse needs of different student groups.
• Collaborating with school staff and parents to support holistic development.
• Engaging in playground or extracurricular supervision as required by the host school.
