Qualifications

• QTS is mandatory for this role.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for primary education.
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
• Provide constructive marking to support student progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess student development and report on academic achievements.
