Job summary

Key Stage Teacher Supply is seeking a motivated Primary Teacher to join a nurturing community Primary School in Clitheroe. The role is flexible with year groups, and can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

Competitive daily rate with PAYE paid weekly and ongoing professional development support. Ideal candidates hold QTS and have UK primary school experience, with strong knowledge of KS1/KS2, capable of delivering differentiated lessons and maintaining high standards of pupil

Qualifications

• QTS and experience in a UK primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (KS1/KS2).
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and reflective teaching approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership.
