Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and flexible Primary School Teacher. You will work alongside other teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a positive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, resources, and strategies.
  • Promote the school’s ethos, policies, and values both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching at primary school level (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
  • Experience with SEN or EAL students is desirable but not essential.
  • References for the previous 24 months of employment.
  • Have an Enhanced Child DBS and be on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
