Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Primary Supply Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary schools in Ealing and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours with day-to-day bookings and competitive pay, backed by a dedicated consultant to match you with suitable bookings.

You will teach across the curriculum, manage behaviour in varied classrooms, and adapt to each school's routines while ensuring pupil progress and safeguarding are upheld.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching status.
• Experience teaching at primary level desirable.
• Confident managing behaviour in unfamiliar classrooms.
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable across different schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt teaching to the needs of the class.
• Maintain a calm, structured and positive classroom environment.
• Manage pupil behaviour in line with each school's policies.
• Quickly adapt to different school settings, routines and year groups.
• Support pupils' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Liaise professionally with school staff on arrival.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school-specific policies.
