Qualifications

• Experience working within schools.
• Confident with the primary curriculum.
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in child care or a TA course.
• Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
• Carry out small group work and follow the teachers' planning.
• Ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in line with teachers' plans.
• Assist with classroom activities and small group work.
• Provide assistance to lead lessons as directed by the teacher.
