Job summary

GSL Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas, offering flexible roles to fit your availability.

Choose from a few days per week, regular day-to-day supply, or longer-term opportunities, with the chance to specify preferred year groups and settings. Qualifications

• QTS holders with primary teaching experience.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
• ECTs with QTS welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences.
• Follow lesson plans and guidance provided by the school where required.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Adapt activities to support pupils with different learning needs and abilities.
• Support pupils' learning and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and follow school policies.
