Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant for flexible treatment room sessions across primary care services in Wendover. You will support nursing and clinical teams, perform routine observations, and help maintain smooth patient flow in GP clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Previous HCA experience in primary care or NHS settings.
• Confident performing routine clinical observations.
• Phlebotomy experience desirable.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out routine clinical observations including BP, pulse and temperature
• Supporting treatment room procedures such as wound care and dressings
• Performing ECGs and basic health checks
• Assisting with phlebotomy if trained
• Updating digital patient records in line with service protocols
• Supporting clinicians with general duties where needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
