Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant for flexible treatment room sessions across primary care services in Elgin. This role suits HCAs confident in routine clinical tasks within GP clinic environments, providing hands-on support to nursing and clinical teams.

You will assist with day-to-day treatment room duties, observations, wound care, ECGs and basic health checks, with phlebotomy possible if trained.

Qualifications

• Previous HCA experience in primary care or NHS settings.
• Confident performing routine clinical observations.
• Enhanced DBS

Responsabilités

• Carrying out routine clinical observations including BP, pulse and temperature.
• Supporting treatment room procedures such as wound care and dressings.
• Performing ECGs and basic health checks.
• Assisting with phlebotomy if trained.
• Updating digital patient records in line with service protocols.
• Supporting clinicians with general duties where needed.
