• Can quickly build positive relationships with new classes and maintain high expectations.
• Is organised and able to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively while responding to pupils’ needs.

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of classes to support PPA cover.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups, subjects and classroom environments.
• Maintain continuity of learning by following pre-provided planning and ensuring smooth transitions between lessons.
• Create engaging and inclusive learning experiences to foster curiosity.
• Promote a positive classroom culture where every child feels valued and respected.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support pupils’ academic and personal development across the school.
