Opportunities are available in Dumfries & Galloway, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Edinburgh & West Lothian, Glasgow, North East Scotland, Central Belt and Argyll & Bute.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt communication style to develop successful relationships with the people we support.
• Commitment to work with individuals through their personal support plans to help them achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support as required.
• Assist people to live their chosen life and expand their social networks and connections.
• Work with a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
