Job summary

Disability North is seeking Personal Assistants to provide flexible support for Emma, a young professional disabled woman. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, travel, and volunteering events, enabling Emma to live the life she chooses.

Shifts are 24, 48, or 84 hours blocks. Pay is £360 per 24 hours, with 5.6 weeks of annual leave included. Applicants must be able to work in the U.K. and travel with Emma as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required.
• Friendly, respectful and open-minded with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Facilitate travel and work life for Emma.
• Support with exercise and volunteering events.
• Based at Emma's home and travel with her for work and leisure.
