Job summary

Autotech Recruit is recruiting a Parts Advisor for a busy dealership in the Kidderminster area on a temporary or temp-to-perm contract. You will supply parts to workshop technicians and retail customers, manage orders and stock, and liaise with service advisors and customers.

The role requires previous dealership experience, strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dealership systems and processes.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Pinnacle experience preferred.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
• Managing parts orders, stock control, and inventory levels
• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts efficiently
• Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and customers
• Processing parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
