Job summary

Barchester Care Homes is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide high-quality care on a flexible, part-time basis. You will support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs and work with the team to maintain safety and dignity.

With current NMC registration and solid experience in care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory guidelines, you’ll bring compassionate, person-centred care. This role offers meaningful work and opportunities to learn and develop.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
• Develop tailored care plans for individuals under your care.
• Provide medicines safely and according to prescription.
• Deliver excellence across all care activities and uphold resident dignity.
