Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking individuals to help children with autism in home or clinic settings under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role offers on-the-job training and pays you to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

During training you earn $15.75/hour, rising to $17.50/hour once certified, with a typical RBT range of $15.75–$19.25/hour. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, pass background and drug tests, and demonstrate English

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Help children with autism in their home or in our clinic, with oversight from Behavior Analysts.
• Implement instructional programs, teach adaptive living skills, and implement behavior interventions.
• Collect data, complete session notes, and maintain communication with the Behavior Analyst regarding the child’s needs.
