Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report back using our online system.

Visits are anonymous and observational only; no testing, judging or staff interaction. This part-time, flexible role fits around education, family or retirement, with project-based work and opportunities based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access is required.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to visit multiple venues within allocated time.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, clubs and venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Record simple observations per project requirements.
• Submit findings via the online reporting system.
