Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues within a designated area, make observations, and report back using our online system. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction.

This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other commitments. Auditors are paid per completed visit, with reasonable travel expenses covered in addition to audit fees, and

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes typically involve several venues in the same area; you may not reach every venue.
