Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or commitments.

Visits are anonymous, observational only, with no staff interaction required. You will visit venues within a designated area, complete a small number of observations in a set time window, and report findings through our online system.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, clubs and venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during the allocated time window.
• Making simple observations per project requirements.
• Recording findings using the online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance when required.
• Routes cover several venues locally; aim to visit many within the time window.
