Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues in the UK as part of our PubTV team. You will visit venues within a designated area, perform quick observations, and report back using our simple online system.

These visits are anonymous and observational only, with no interaction required with staff. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work, education, family commitments or retirement.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visit pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality venues within a specified area.
Complete visits within allocated time windows.
Make simple observations based on project requirements.
Record findings through the online reporting system.
Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible within the time window.
