Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. These visits are anonymous and observational only. You will never be required to test, challenge, judge or interact with venue staff as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication by email and phone.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues in a designated area.
• Complete visits within allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations per project requirements.
• Record findings in the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance when required.
• Visit multiple venues within the same area when possible.
