Positiv+ Cohort in the Chichester area is seeking a confident, highly organised Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of shared accommodation. You will ensure properties are safe, well maintained, clean and operating smoothly, while acting as the main local contact for residents, contractors and partner organisations.

This hands-on role requires autonomy, solid record-keeping, and a professional approach to working with residents, councils and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and DBS check where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of properties across Chichester and Havant.
• Carry out regular property inspections and address maintenance or compliance issues.
• Coordinate cleaners, tradespeople and contractors.
• Ensure timely repairs and cost-effective maintenance.
• Prepare rooms and properties for new residents.
• Manage arrivals, departures, keys and property access.
• Maintain accurate records for each property.
• Monitor occupancy and minimise vacant rooms.
• Liaise with district councils and partner organisations.
• Identify safeguarding or welfare concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Develop relationships with reliable local contractors.
