Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries directly to customers’ doorsteps. You will operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, ensuring on-time, secure deliveries with a friendly, helpful approach.

The role is part-time 28 hours per week, permanent, based at Tonbridge store. Flexibility to cover shifts, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safe driving practices in varying traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused approach for doorstep deliveries.
• Ability to drive and operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van safely.
• Willingness to follow planned routes and adapt to traffic and weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ doors on time and in good condition.
• Check van is roadworthy and clean, secure shopping before departure.
• Follow planned routes and update customers on delays or changes to orders.
• Assist across the store when not out delivering.
