Job summary

Royal Mail Group is recruiting a Collections Driver for Slough Delivery Office on a fixed-term contract. The role covers 25 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, 14:00–19:00, with potential work at Maidenhead or Windsor.

You will join a driver team, collecting mail, loading and sorting bags, and ensuring timely deliveries. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points is required; outdoor work in all weather is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to walk for long periods and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong sense of community and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect mail on a route in all weather.
• Check post-boxes and visit post offices as needed.
• Sort mailbags and ensure correct routing.
• Provide excellent service and support customers on the doorstep.
