Elite-HR in Nursling is seeking a Business Development/Appointment Maker to join a friendly sales team. The role offers flexible working hours aiming for a healthy work/life balance and is based in Nursling, Southampton.

You will make outbound calls to potential clients to secure appointments for managers. Hours are 9am–3pm, Mon–Fri, and it is a part-time position with 15–30 hours weekly, paying £15 per hour plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background in Telesales/Call centres and customer service.
• Must be results and target driven.
• Reliable and confident on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and secure appointments for managers.
• You choose hours between 9am - 3pm – Mon - Fri.
• Part-time 15hrs minimum to 30hrs maximum.
