Job summary

A leading online learning platform is seeking an Online Tutor to teach ESL students from Singapore and Hong Kong. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in teaching K–12 ELA. Tutors must be available for a minimum of 20 hours weekly in flexible time slots. The pay is $20 USD per class, plus incentives, and a passion for helping students learn is essential. This position is part-time and entry level.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K–12 in ELA.
• Experience with K–12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Attend all classes on time in a professional setting.
