Family First Nurseries Group is seeking flexible early years educators for our Family First Flex Team. You’ll access shifts across nurseries with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours. Ideal for students or those re-entering the workforce seeking growth and support.

Role involves EYFS implementation, safeguarding, and creating a nurturing learning environment. UK-wide locations, with a focus on high-quality care and education for children.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a difference for children.

Responsibilities

• Step in to cover daily tasks and maintain hygiene and room setup to a high standard.
• Engage and educate children using EYFS principles with interactive activities.
• Prioritise safety and uphold safeguarding measures at all times.
• Collaborate to create a cheerful, secure, and welcoming learning environment.
