Job summary

Plus Staff Recruitment is seeking Qualified Nursery Nurse / Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) for bank staff roles in West Malling, Kent. Flexible day-to-day and ongoing shifts with weekly pay in nurseries, children's centres, and preschool settings.

Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 childcare qualifications, 1+ year nursery experience, and DBS/Paediatric First Aid readiness. Join a supportive recruitment team and build long-term nursery experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursery/early years experience.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willing to refresh).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
