Job summary

Completely Care is seeking enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our agency team, supporting nurseries across Bristol. This role offers flexible agency shifts with competitive pay and the chance to gain experience in varied settings.

You will work with children aged 0-5, delivering EYFS-aligned activities, ensuring safety, and building strong relationships with families. DBS updated or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Minimum of 6 months UK nursery/early years experience.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and DBS update service (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver developmentally appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Provide high-quality care meeting each child’s needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support learning and emotional wellbeing through play and structured activities.
• Collaborate with nursery teams to maintain childcare standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
• Adapt to different nursery settings and teams.
