Job summary

Completely Care is seeking enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our agency team, supporting nurseries across Bristol. This role offers flexible agency shifts with competitive pay and the chance to gain experience in varied settings.

You will work with children aged 0-5, delivering EYFS-aligned activities, ensuring safety, and building strong relationships with families. DBS updated or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Minimum of 6 months UK nursery/early years experience.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and DBS update service (or willingness to obtain).

Nursery Practitioner Bristol £14.75 -£16 per hour

Completely Care is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our growing agency team, supporting a range of well-established nurseries across Bristol.

The Role

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 05 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Provide high-quality care and support that meets the individual needs of each child.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support childrens learning, development, and emotional wellbeing through play and structured activities.
• Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain outstanding childcare standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.
• Adapt confidently to different nursery settings, routines, and teams.

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a related field (essential).
• Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience within a nursery or early years setting.
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to integrate quickly into new environments and work independently when required.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
