Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is supporting a wonderful nursery in Evesham that needs caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our flexible bank staff. Shifts run 8am–6pm with a weekly rota and you can pick up as many as you can.

You’ll support children’s learning, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and help create fun activities in a safe, welcoming environment. A Level 2/3 childcare qualification is desirable, but applications from experienced unqualified

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Desirable Level 2/3 childcare qualification; applications from experienced unqualified practitioners or students are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support children in learning, development, and daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Help create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
