Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners (qualified & unqualified) to join our early years supply team in Farnborough and the surrounding area. You can choose the days you work, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, in local nursery settings.

Whether you are a qualified professional or someone with hands-on experience, you will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5, support routines, and help deliver EYFS activities while adhering to safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with children in nursery, nanny, or school settings.
• CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (Early Years) or equivalent.
• Unqualified candidates welcome with strong work ethic and passion for child development.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with daily routines: meals, naps, hygiene, and nappy changes.
• Support permanent staff with EYFS-aligned play-based activities.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing by following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Bring energy, warmth and professionalism to every setting.
