Job summary

Beyond Education Recruitment is looking for Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work across local nurseries on a temporary, flexible basis. You can choose days that suit you, with options for few days a week, regular temporary work or extra hours around existing commitments.

Work across welcoming nursery settings caring for children aged 0-5, helping them learn, develop and have fun in a safe and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experience working with children aged 0-5.
• Passion for childcare and supporting children's development.
• Reliable, responsible and professional.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive and adaptable attitude.
• A valid Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities
• Helping with everyday routines including feeding, nappy changing, toileting and sleep routines
• Supporting indoor and outdoor activities
• Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
• Working as part of the nursery team and adapting to different settings and routines
• Using your knowledge and experience to provide outstanding care and support
