Family First Group is seeking caring Nursery Support staff to join our expanding UK-wide network of nurseries. You will help with essential nursery tasks, support EYFS learning activities, and uphold safeguarding standards in a safe, welcoming environment.

We value flexibility, simple shift and pay processes, and opportunities for growth through training and internal progression. Experience with early years education and a passion for children's development are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with children, parents and colleagues in written and spoken English.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
• Willingness to engage with EYFS in a playful, age-appropriate way.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover to support daily nursery tasks and maintain high standards of hygiene and room setup.
• Engage and educate children using EYFS-based activities to spark curiosity and learning.
• Prioritise safeguarding and health and safety at all times.
• Foster a cheerful, secure, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued.
