Job summary

110% People is seeking Nursery Assistants and Qualified Practitioners to join our flexible childcare team in Surrey, including Guildford. You will deliver high-quality early years activities and care, working either full- or part-time shifts through our APP system to match your availability.

Applicants should have experience with children aged 0-5, hold Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent), and demonstrate strong communication skills. DBS update service support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old.
• Ideally hold Level 2 or 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
• Working as part of a team to ensure a well-run, friendly and nurturing environment.
• Provide interactive and learning activities for the children on a daily basis.
