110% People are recruitment specialists in the early years sector, recruiting across Kent including Gillingham, Rochester, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells. We have temporary and permanent roles.

We’re seeking Nursery Assistants with NQT Level 2/3, 1+ year experience, and a passion for early childhood education; strong communication is essential.

Roles offer above-average hourly rates, weekly pay, flexible hours, and dedicated consultant support; enhanced DBS on the update service is required.

Qualifications

• NQT Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
