Job summary

Long-term Teachers is recruiting a Nursery Assistant to support nurseries around Weston-Super-Mare. Roles offer part-time and full-time options with hourly pay. Prior experience with children in Early Years or Primary is preferred.

You'll work alongside a room leader, helping with learning activities and daily routines in a nurturing, safe environment. Flexible hours include full days, half days, mornings, or afternoons.

• Experience working with children in Early Years or Primary age.

• Communicate clearly with staff about safeguarding.
• Work with children at their level.
• Play and interact to support social and emotional development.
