Nurses UK is recruiting agency nurses (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality care across hospital, care home and community settings in the UK. The roles require full NMC registration and the ability to adapt to varied clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous nursing experience in hospital, care home or community settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong clinical and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Commitment to compassionate and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other professionals.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
• Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements.
• Uphold NMC professional standards.
