Job summary

UHDB is seeking flexible clerical workers to join our administration bank, supporting multiple sites across the Derbyshire and South Staffordshire region. This zero-hours role offers an hourly rate of £14.24, inclusive of leave, with a commitment to 3–5 days per week and hours from 08:00 to 18:00.

Assignments may cover Royal Derby Hospital, Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, Queens Hospital Burton, Samuel Johnson Community Hospital and Sir Robert Peel Tamworth.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience in NHS or healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of administration duties such as telephone work, mail management, data entry, reception, secretarial support, and meeting preparation.
• Attend Trust Induction.
