Job summary

Serve Legal Limited is seeking flexible, part-time Compliance Auditors to join our mystery shopper program across the UK. You’ll visit supermarkets, high-street retailers and betting shops, perform a purchase, check for ID and report your findings.

Training and mentorship are provided by Area Managers, with clear guidelines and supportive supervision. All backgrounds are welcome; age 16+ with some roles suitable for 18–19-year-olds, and expenses are reimbursed for travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Audit various locations (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops).
• Make a purchase scenario, check for ID, and report findings.
