Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Nottingham is seeking reliable, flexible support staff to work across Rehabilitation & Recovery, Adult Eating Disorders, Mental Health and Secure Units, joining a multidisciplinary care team.

The role offers flexible hours from regular part-time to full-time shifts, with daily last-minute assignments, free online training and a DBS update service. Sponsorship for visas is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a UK care or support role.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities.
• Confidence in delivering personal care.
• Ability to provide 3 years of work references.
• Overseas Police Check if applicable (and if you live in the UK for less than 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Providing personal care and emotional support.
• Maintaining accurate care plans and reporting safeguarding concerns.
• Promoting independence and dignity at all times.
