Family Care is seeking a reliable self-employed maintenance contractor to cover North West properties, primarily in Manchester, Oldham and Macclesfield. You will handle a range of tasks, manage your own schedule, and work independently.

Responsibilities include general repairs, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electrics, flat pack assembly, garden upkeep and general property maintenance. You must supply your own tools and transport, have public liability insurance, and be punctual and
