Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our flexible Mail Sorter team with Royal Mail. These temporary roles offer varied shift patterns across the week, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and potential for extended hours.

You’ll unload mail, sort by postcode, and move items through our warehouse, maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. The job may involve handling election materials and certain restricted items in line with Royal Mail standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• Lifts up to 11 kg and stands for long periods.
• Ready to work across weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels and move them through the warehouse.
• Sort items by postcode to ensure accurate routing.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy; some teams handle over a million items per shift.
