Job summary

Angard Staffing is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mail Sorters to join our team with Royal Mail in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run across early, late and night patterns with a minimum of 4 hours and potentially up to 12 hours, depending on location and operational needs.

You will unload mail and parcels, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse to meet tight deadlines. Training is provided, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• No previous experience needed - training provided.
• Can push trolleys up to 250kg and lift mail bags up to 11kg.
• Can stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
• Flexible to work across different shift patterns, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unloading mail and parcels
• Sorting items by postcode and moving them through the warehouse
• Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines - some teams sort over a million items in a single shift!
