Job summary

Angard Staffing is hiring flexible Mail Sorters with Royal Mail to support busy mail centres across the UK. If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll unload mail and parcels, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse to meet tight deadlines. Shifts run across Early, Late and Night patterns, with a minimum 4 hours and up to 12 hours, including weekends. Training provided, no previous experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• No previous experience needed — training provided.
• Able to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 11kg.
• Flexible and comfortable switching between tasks, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels; sort by postcode; move items through the warehouse.
• Work to meet tight deadlines; some teams sort over a million items in a single shift.
• Handle election materials and certain items in line with Royal Mail standards.
