Qualifications

• NMC-registered nurse with primary care experience.
• Immunisation and cytology training beneficial.

• Able to adapt to different clinical teams and service structures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment room clinics including wound care and dressings.
• Support chronic disease management within established care plans.
• Undertake immunisations for adults and children (if trained).
• Carry out smear tests where cytology-trained.
• Perform NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
