You will contribute to high-quality patient care through clinical reviews, preventative health work, and treatment room activity, with regular or ad-hoc sessions and morning or afternoon slots, and long-term bookings offered.

Qualifications

• Must be NMC-registered with primary care experience.
• Immunisation and cytology training desirable.
• Confident in chronic disease management and clinic work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chronic disease reviews for conditions like asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension.
• Perform wound care, dressings and treatment room duties.
• Deliver immunisations where trained and manage recalls and results.
• Complete NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
