Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced General Practice Nurse for flexible regional sessions across East Molesey. This role focuses on structured treatment room work and clinical reviews within well-supported GP environments, offering autonomy and consistency in routine nursing activity.

You will support local clinical teams with essential nursing duties, chronic disease activity and day-to-day treatment room procedures.

Qualifications

• NMC registered with primary care experience.
• DBS clearance is preferred.
• Experience with EMIS Web or SystmOne preferred.
• Strong competency in treatment room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment room procedures including wound care and dressings.
• Support chronic disease reviews per local care plans.
• Administer adult and childhood immunisations (if trained).
• Perform smear tests where cytology-trained.
• Conduct NHS Health Checks and routine assessments.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical notes.
• Support general nursing duties as required by the clinic.
